Use the link included in your Registration Confirmation for the special AMCA online housing link. You must use the AMCA link if you want to book online at the discounted rate. If you go through the hotel's public website, you will not be offered the discounted rate.
Staying in guest rooms at the official meeting hotels not only puts you in the center of the action but also helps AMCA meet its contracted number of rooms with the hotel. Meeting the Contracted room block prevents AMCA from owing the hotel money later, which ultimately keeps costs to the attendees as low as possible in future years!

Room reservations made on your behalf by an outside company may not be guaranteed. AMCA is not responsible for any reservations made outside of the official hotel blocks.
