48 - Introduction about the Director/Manager Dilemma Symposium

Abstract: This symposium will have several program directors/managers who will share their daily activity included regular tasks, duties, and responsibilities, accomplishments/achievements, happiness, stress, and headache things. This is an opportunity to learn each other about how to handle and process some tasks and important issues with their bosses, employees, and publics/customers. Also, each program is how to deal with mosquito-borne disease outbreak and response, how to response with social medias, and legislators ... The symposium may benefit to the directors/managers who has been on the job duty within 5 years and the potential program directors and managers in the future.
