Abstract: Social media moves fast and it can be hard to keep up with the latest hashtags, trends, and methods for creating content. We provide tips and techniques to allow old millenials like us to lean on the wisdom and experience of the new Gen Z workforce. We share ideas for handing over the reins of social media, advice on maintaining security, and ways to utilize social media channels from TikTok to Facebook to tailor messages to different audiences.
