P-43 - Public Health Leadership Development Needs Assessment

The AMCA community represents a diverse group of highly skilled professionals with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise.  One common thread is that most people can use more support on developing their leadership skills, especially those earlier and in the middle of their careers.  As a scientific society, one of ESA’s goals is to help develop all of its members in the interest of helping strengthen the discipline to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.  ESA is conducting a needs assessment survey to identify what skills and areas the members of the AMCA have the greatest need in developing and would appreciate your feedback!
