Lab Technician
Lake County Vector Control District, California, United States

Kara is the Lab Technician at the Lake Vector Control District and a fully certified Vector Control Technician. She has been employed with the district since 2022 moving from a seasonal to a lab technician earlier this year. She has done exstensive work with resin and other products used for our outreach program. She also spends a lot of time in the field trapping, collecting, identifying and then sending out to UC Davis for testing.
