M.C. Gutierrez-Rodriguez is a Chemist, Bacteriologist, and Parasitologist by training (2007), with a master's degree in science with an emphasis in Medical Entomology (2016). She has participated in around 6 articles published in indexed journals; she has also participated in various research projects as a Researcher, and she was part of the WHO multi-center laboratory study project (2018-2019). She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Medical and Veterinary Entomology and is also working as a Full-Time Researcher at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Her research work has been primarily in Resistance in Arthropods of Veterinary Medical importance.
