Milton Sterling specializes in mosquito and mosquito-borne disease surveillance for over 18 years. He graduated from the Florida Gulf Coast University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. He also graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. He received a Certified District Manager certification from the Florida Association of Special Districts and The Florida Center for Public Manager at the Florida State University. He has co-chaired the legislative committee for the Florida Mosquito Control Association. He also served on the Editorial Review Board for Wing Beats of Florida Mosquito Control Association.
