Associate Program Manager, Health and Air Quality Applications

Laura Judd is an Associate Program Manager for the Health and Air Quality Applications in the Earth Action Program of the NASA Earth Science Division. In her role, Laura helps manage a portfolio of Health and Air Quality projects focused on the implementation of air quality standards, policy, and regulations for economic and human welfare. Additionally, she dedicates half of her time to the planning and execution of airborne air quality research campaigns and conducts research integrating surface, airborne, and satellite-based observations to explore new methods for using high spatial and temporal satellite observations to better understand air quality challenges. Laura has a bachelor's degree in Meteorology/Climatology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a PhD in Atmospheric Science from the University of Houston.
